We have evidence that the Remix Tool is causing a similar issue.

We rebuilt our template projects to include all mogrts imported correctly, so there was no need to copy the mogrts across TPs, but the issue is still happening. That when they are copied across TPs, it can break the auto-save.

The issue had been described as related to tracking media inside media replace mogrts. To ask us to create a manual local project backup every time we need to receive changes is a hinderance. Sometimes it will throw up the warning, at least giving us a chance to create a manual snapshot of the project.īut many times the auto-save fails without notification, and when changes are pulled down timelines are reverted to previous states and hours of work are lost.
